• We currently ship within the United States only.

• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. Territories at this time.

• Due to shipping regulations on fragrances (classified as hazardous materials because of alcohol content), certain expedited options may not be available.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Kings Distributor LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product so we can assist with a resolution.

• For lost packages, please contact the carrier first. If unresolved, reach out to our customer support team for further assistance.
